Job Description:

Directs and oversees the organization's call center operations. Develops policies and procedures related to call center operations. Analyzes call center operations and ensures that call center runs efficiently while generating the highest level of revenue possible per individual. Establishes and deploys product and/or service standards and guidelines. Develops measures and operations metrics to analyze call center performance. Analyzes and interprets information gathered from call center metrics. Develops, implements, and evaluates sales and/or service strategies for the call center.
