Job Description:

Responds to RFP, RFQ, and RFI's for the organization. Manages the complete proposal creation process to include coordinating with team members, assembling writing templates, tracking the proposal through deadline, and gathering the requirements to ensure the proposal meets all the guidelines. Writes, edits, and manages all elements of proposals, meeting specific pre-determined deadlines. Organizes and facilitates proposal kickoffs, meetings, review sessions, etc. Partners with sales team and subject matter experts to develop customized, competitive, responsive, and compliant proposal sections. Designs, formats, and updates standard proposal templates. Participates in production of proposals to include printing, binding, and shipping. Creates graphics to illustrate concepts in proposals.
