Develops daily workforce schedules for cost effectiveness and productivity. Oversees ground ramp activities required for aircraft servicing, including handling of cargo and customer baggage, as well as directing aircraft on the ramp area. Prepares flight reports, conducts pre-flight briefing with Lead Ramp Agents, and observes flight handling for proper safety/procedural infractions. Ensures the safe and efficient use of personnel and equipment in the ground handling of aircraft assigned to them. Investigates and documents any incidents/accidents.
