Job Description: Provides professional nursing care to patients in the recovery room unit of hospital, infirmary, or similar health care facility. Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assesses condition of patient. Requires RN license as well as clinical experience.: Observes patient, checks dressings, documents significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to significant incidents.
