Job Description: Oversees and is responsible for the overall quality of creative products. Coordinates the activities of various internal creative departments and external artistic contributors. A minimum of eight years' experience, with advanced leadership, communication, and project management skills are required to carry out the requirements of this position. This position typically reports to a Vice President and may have manager level reporting to it.: Manages creative projects from concept to completion and translates marketing objectives into creative strategies. Leads and directs the creative team in the production of advertising and marketing projects. Confers with organization officials to plan business objectives, to develop organizational policies, and to coordinate functions. Confers with other executives and managers to establish project budget, schedules, and determine requirements. Presents final projects to client or to management team. May formulate design concepts for costumes, makeup, photographic effects, titles, and related production items.
